INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We do ship internationally with only a few exclusions. Postage is calculated at checkout based on your country.
CUSTOM CHARGES & FEES: You are responsible for these charges. They vary from country to country with some countries having a generous level of cost of goods before applying charges & others zero tolerance. It is advised you check for your own country.
Sales tax of 10% is automatically added for USA orders so nothing should be payable on receipt. This was implemented on 29 August 2025 due to imposition of tariffs on orders under $800 by the USA. We pay that 10% to our carrier who pass it on to the US customs authorities.
The European Union is the postal zone where fees seemed to be charged most consistently for goods coming from outside the EU. We are not registered with the EU IOSS system so customs charges are likely to be due prior to receipt from your local courier.
As a very small 'hobby' enterprise we do not even charge VAT within the UK so are unable to provide goods VAT free for sales outside of the UK.
